new year.

january has been off to a beautiful start.

we started the new year with watching some excellent fireworks (15 minute display to michael jackson tunes!) and champagne down by the river. it was delightful.

i have a job interview tomorrow and a job "discussion" for a different job in the morning. i'll be excited to get back to work, even if it's not an ideal job for the time being. in related news, i applied for a dream job last month. it closes the middle of this month. i am so so so hopeful.

happy 2010! your holiday cards will be in the mail within the next week, i hope.
